Let’s be honest: living is hard, and navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. Too often, the support available feels like a self-help “one-hit wonder”—a rigid formula demanding immediate, total transformation. But there is never only one way forward.

She believes in choice – choosing whatever meets you where you are. Only you know what is “right” for you. She believes in learning, understanding, kindness, and growth (no matter how incremental). She felt that there was an unmet need, which she herself experienced, for a space to help us all “see” ourselves more fully.

She wanted a place where she could just be—with recognition, permission, and grace. A place where someone is always standing by your side. That is why she created Plot Twist.
